Rates

The Party Pretzel specializes in coordination and partial planning, and has created multiple packages to fit every need. Packages begin at $2,800 and vary based on venue location, staffing needs, and travel.

How We work

Three packages will be offered in 2026 - curated to best serve our couples! Kaitlyn, Kelsey or Brett will be leading the day based on availability.

GUIDED DETAIL
This package offers check-ins throughout the process, including a mood board with a decor guide to help get you started. The team will be heavily involved starting at the 6 month mark!

FINAL DETAIL COORDINATION
This package offers a few additional check-ins throughout the process, with the team diving deep into your details starting at the 3 month mark.

MONTH-OF COORDINATION
Meetings and the diving into details begins around the 45 day mark with month-of coordination! Due to availability of our team, we only accept Month-Of Coordination packages 6 months from your wedding date.
